Meet Egglantine, the egg who's got summer all figured out—from beneath a massive parasol, naturally. She's absolutely obsessed with sunshine, but only in theory. In practice? She's all about the shade: SPF 50, a wide-brimmed hat (think portable tent), and plenty of room for books, iced tea, and clever banter.
Why risk a toasted yolk when you can lounge like a sophisticate? Egglantine knows that the best spot on the beach is the shadiest one—especially when you need to dash off for an ice cream without losing your territory.
Toasted bread: yes. Toasted egg: never.
