Meet Mirielle St. Honoré – Paris's most fabulous (and slightly obsessive) spin instructor! She's got the playlist, the pep talks, AND the impeccable beret to prove it. Her studio's waiting list is absolutely bonkers, but once you're in, you're in for the ride of your life. Synth-pop bangers courtesy of her bestie Amuseables Beatie Heart? Tick. Espresso shots that could power a small nation? Double tick. That legendary éclair sprint that'll make your legs question all your life choices? Well, you'll feel that one.
When she's not shouting motivational French phrases at sweaty humans, Mirielle hangs out at the Jellycat Patisserie with Brigitte Brioche, comparing playlists and pastry secrets like the actual icons they are.
